Description

Short title: Pannell v Tomlyn.

Plaintiff(s): Dorothy Pannell, widow, John Miller and his wife Dorothy.

Defendant(s): Stephen Tomlyn.

Subject of depositions: Annuity of £50 given to plaintiff Dorothy by the will of Henry Pannell. Refusal of Dorothy to "abate or deducte" the King's taxes out of the annuity.

County/place: Kent.

Date of commission: 24 May 1669.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 19 June 1669 at Rochester.
