Plaintiff(s): John Port (an infant), by Ralph Okeover his next friend and guardian.
Defendant(s): Thomas Hurt.
Subject of depositions: Real and personal estate of John Port, late of Ilam (Staffordshire), plaintiff's late father (including lands in Ilam and Yoxall), his last will and testament executed by Roger Hurt (defendant's late father), deceased. "Denial or refusal" of defendant to tender an account of the issues and profits of plaintiff's lands.
County/place: Derbyshire; Staffordshire.
Date of commission: 12 February 1669.
