Description

Short title: Gulston v Hodges.

Plaintiff(s): Joan Gulston, widow, relict and executrix of Edward Gulston.

Defendant(s): Robert Hodges.

Subject of depositions: Lands, granted by Annabella Countess of Kent to defendant, a part whereof, called Milditch Gratten, Milditch Nook, and Tutsham, are said to have been taken away from defendant by Edward Cooper, late of Tuttesham, leaving defendant the parsonage house [of Tuttesham?] and lands.

County/place: Kent.

Date of commission: 28 November 1668.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 18 January 1669 at Teston.
