Subject of depositions: Manor of Hoggestroppe otherwise Hoggesthorpe (reputed to be parcel of the jointure of the Queen Dowager of England), situate and being in Hoggestrop, Willoughby, and Anderby, and "of late" in defendant's possession. One deponent states "that the said def't "injoyed the said land and tenements for eleaven yeares by a pretended purchase of Crowne land, as he alledged at some times and after by virtue of a lease maide by the Queene Dowager or her trustees, and that a yeare gone in November last the said def't quitted and left the possession of the said premises." Alleged neglect and disrepair of the premises.
