Description

Short title: Madrin v Wynne.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Madrin.

Defendant(s): Thomas Wynne, Dorothy Griffith, Simon Hughes, Rice ap William Evan, Griffith ap Hugh, Hugh David, John ap Richard, Hugh ap Owen, Jeffrey ap Hugh Griffith, Richard ap Rees Owen, John Griffith, Owen Evan, Richard Parry, Rondle Owen, Robert Owen,Thomas ap John, Lewis ap Hugh ap John, Robert Moris.

Subject of depositions: Township of Bodvean, and the ancient mills there called Bodvean Mille alias "Melin Bodvean." Touching the custom of "suit and service" to ancient mills by the tenants of Bodvean (i.e. grinding corn, etc.).

County/place: Caernarfonshire.

Date of commission: 10 June 1668.
