Short title: Sturmy v Thompson.

Plaintiff(s): Samuel Sturmy, on behalf of the Crown and himself.

Defendant(s): Leonard Thompson, merchant.

Subject of depositions: Ship called The Adventure of Hull. Touching her clearing from the port of Kinsale (Ireland) for Virginia (America), and her seizure in the port of Bristol. Cargo of tobacco.
