Description

Short title: Hill v Gregory.

Plaintiff(s): Elizabeth Hill, widow of Francis Hill.

Defendant(s): Thomas Gregory, John Gregory.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Asfordby. Plaintiff claims 30s. 8d. out of lands in Asfordby, as a chief rent due to the manor. Purchase of manor, by Francis Hill (defendant's late husband) of Nicholas Sharpe.

County/place: Leicestershire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1668.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 24 April 1668 at Melton Mowbray.
