Plaintiff(s): Daniel Coningham.
Defendant(s): Thomas Mills alias Kendal, and others.
Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of Samuel Coningham, late of Newport Pagnell, grocer (the plaintiff's late father). Touching his alleged intention to leave everything he possessed to his son (the plaintiff) by revoking his will, and his being prevented so doing by the violent prevalence of the plague, which hindered him from sending for and obtaining the will.
County/place: Buckinghamshire.
Date of commission: 12 February 1668.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 26 March 1668 at Newport Pagnell.
