Description

Short title: Harcourt v Codd.

Plaintiff(s): Vere Harcourt, DD.

Defendant(s): Thomas Codd, William Prockter, Thomas West, Thomas Hill, Robert Hill, Edward Midwinter.

Subject of depositions: His Majesty's manor and soke of Kirton in Lindsey, and defendants' lands in East Stockwith, Sturgate, Springthorpe, and Great Corringham (Lincolnshire). Whether they are held of the manor of Corringham belonging to the prebend of Corringham or of Kirton Manor aforesaid ? etc.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1667.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 4 April 1667 at Ganesburgh.
