Defendant(s): Richard Timberlake, George Hodgkis, Edward Smith, William Pennell, Edward Winwood, Henry Dallow.
Subject of depositions: Manor of Abberley, and commons or waste grounds called Bayton Common and Bath Hay in the parish of Bayton (Worcestershire). Felling and selling of woods belonging, etc. [Joseph Walsh, a "delinquent" (lord of the manor), whose possessions were "sequestrated" by the late Parliament, is mentioned].
County/place: Worcestershire.
Date of commission: 28 November 1666.
