Defendant(s): Anthony, Lord Viscount Falkland, Dame Rachel Viscountess Falkland, Sir Anthony Cope, John Crispe.
Subject of depositions: Debts of Harry Lord Viscount Falkland (late husband of defendant Rachel, and father of defendant Anthony) paid by his widow, including £86 10s 10d paid by her servant to the collector for the hundred of Wootton, for and towards the raising of the sum of 1,200,000l. or 18 months' contribution, which was thentofore granted to His Majesty by Act of Parliament.
