Description

Short title: Gill v Thompson.

Plaintiff(s): Nathaniel Gill, clerk.

Defendant(s): Robert Thompson and Thomas Bradford, clerks, Thomas Smith.

Subject of depositions: Vicarage of Aylsham, the repair of the chancel, and the last will, of John Phillips (late incumbent), whose three daughters married the three defendants. Touching the lands, of John in Mumby-cum-Chappell, Anderby, Hogsthorp, and Tetford (Lincolnshire), and the marriage portions of the daughters.

County/place: Norfolk.

Date of commission: 12 February 1666.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 11 April 1666 at Aylsham.
