Description

Short title: Getsius v Pearse.

Plaintiff(s): Daniel Getsius, clerk.

Defendant(s): Thomas Pearse.

Subject of depositions: Manor, rectory, and parish of Bigbury, Bigbury Bay, the Boro' Island, the River of Owen alias Avon, and a place in the river called the Poole. Metes and bounds. Tithes of fish.

County/place: Devon.

Date of commission: 12 February 1666.
