Description

Short title: Gawden v Gilbert.

Plaintiff(s): Dennis Gawden.

Defendant(s): William Gilbert.

Subject of depositions: Rectory impropriate of Laugharne in plaintiff's possession in 1660 to 1663 by the assignment of Sir William Russell, kt and bart and now by lease from the Dean and Chapter of Winchester.

County/place: Carmarthenshire.

Date of commission: 13 February 1665.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 29 March 1665 at Laugharne.
