Description

Short title: Thorold v Monson.

Plaintiff(s): Anthony Thorold.

Defendant(s): Sir John Monson, K.B. and Bart.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Atterby, Wadingham, and Snitterby. Touching the draining of Aucholme Level, etc. Concerning an order made by the Commissioners of Sewers (30 April 1663) for the payment of £200 by plaintiff todefendant.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 13 February 1665.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 21 March 1665 at Lincoln.
