Plaintiff(s): Richard Stephens, of Northwood (I. of W.), Henry Smytheard, Peter Courtmel, Edward Cooper, Dorothy Cox, widow, Joseph Barton, John Pavy, Henry Bartlett.

Defendant(s): Sir Jeffrey Palmer, kt and bart (Attorney General), Dame Mary Wandesford, widow, Francis Wandesford, Mary Betts, widow.

Subject of depositions: Pasture ground called Barnets at West Cowes, in the Isle of Wight. Metes and bounds. Whether "derelicted or waste of the sea" overflown by the sea? Tithes.
