Subject of depositions: Manor and barton of Leigham, purchased by Sir James Bagg (in the name of his son George Bagg) of John Hore, Thomas Carew, and Thomas Gregory. Touching the debts to the Crown of Sir James Bagg (said to be 20,000l) on account of customs duties taken in the port of Plymouth; for which debt the manor was "extended" and seized by the sheriff of Devon into the hands of the Crown.
