Description

Short title: Hillersden v Pennington.

Plaintiff(s): Elizabeth Hillersden, widow and executrix of Thomas Hillersden.

Defendant(s): James Pennington.

Subject of depositions: Sum of £20 claimed by plaintiff of defendant as owing by defendant to the estate of her said husband for money lent.

County/place: Bedfordshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1664.
