Description

Short title: Attorney General v Martin.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Jeffrey Palmer, kt and bart (Attorney General), by the relation of Edward Keeling.

Defendant(s): Thomas Martin, Humfrey Coward, Richard Boole, Richard Cope, Thomas Hayne, John Withers, Robert Grimstead, Anthony Ball, William Grimstead, Henry Foxwell. Thomas Seyver, Richard Grimstead.

Subject of depositions: The manor of Balsboro', and right and title to a parcel of ground called Balsborough Moore otherwise Church Moore within the parish of Balsborough. Metes and bounds. Common of pasture. Inclosure and division of Moore.

County/place: Somerset.

Date of commission: 12 February 1663.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 6 May 1663 at Wincalton.
