Description

Short title: Morgan v Wotton.

Plaintiff(s): Anthony Morgan.

Defendant(s): William Wotton, John Wotton, Richard Wotton, Thomas Wotton, four of the defendants.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Didlebury, and lands belonging to Bromcroft Castle, in Peeton township, in that parish. Tithes.

County/place: Shropshire.

Date of commission: 18 June 1662.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 15 September 1662 at Hereford.
