Short title: Clerk v Launce.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Henry Clerk, kt, and his wife Dame Ann.

Defendant(s): James Launce.

Subject of depositions: Rectory of Clements, and lands called Keggen Downs alias Pennarth Downs. Metes and bounds. Tithes.

County/place: Cornwall.

Date of commission: 18 June 1662.
