Short title: Wollard v Mortlack.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Wollard and his wife Martha.

Defendant(s): Ambrose Mortlack, John Wollard, Jeremy Pecke, Gilbert Wollard and his wife Marg.

Subject of depositions: Lands in Newton, late of Edward Paine, deceased, father of Mary and Martha. Disbursements, by their guardians, the defendants, etc.

County/place: Cambridgeshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1661.
