Plaintiff(s): John Phillips.
Defendant(s): John Fenwich and his wife Dame Mary Rogers, John Perry and his wife Margaret, Simon Cane, Henry Bowyer.
Subject of depositions: Rectory of Bray, in the diocese of Oxford, and certain "eights, islands, in the River Thames, and a weare" lying between Oldfield and Amarsden Ash in that river. Rent of fishing between the places. "Fishing with the Royal Nett" etc.
County/place: Berkshire.
Date of commission: 3 July 1661.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 14 October 1661 at Braywick.
