Description

Short title: Alford v Hungerford.

Plaintiff(s): William Alford, clerk, vicar of Pirton.

Defendant(s): Henry Hungerford, Thomas Oliver, Henry Reeves, John Sparrow, William Simpkins, Thomas Minchin, Katherine Wayte, widow, Francis Hobbes, Thomas Simpkins, William Hearne, John Simpkins, Anthony Taylor, Geoffry Skall.

Subject of depositions: Pasture grounds called "Momes Leaze ", "Garsdon Lea" and "Cleverton" the parish of Pirton, Pirton vicarage, the forest of Bradon. Metes and bounds. Perambulation. Right of common. Tithes.

County/place: Wiltshire.

Date of commission: 27 May 1661.
