Description

Short title: Slinger v Atkill.

Plaintiff(s): Tempest Slinger.

Defendant(s): Adam Atkill alias Hatgill.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Slaidburn (Yorkshire). Custom of "suit and service" to the ancient mills there (i.e. grinding corn, etc.).

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 11 July 1660.
