Description

Short Title: Amerant v Pettus.

Plaintiff(s): Christopher Amerant, clerk, of New Buckenham (Norfolk).

Defendant(s): Sir Thomas Pettus, bart Peter Brereton.

Subject of depositions: Rectories of Matsell alias Marketshall and Rackheath, and the free chapel of Matsell aforesaid. Tithes.

County/place: Norfolk.

Date of commission: 22 June 1659.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 19 September 1659 at Norwich.
