Description

Short Title: Milward v Sherratt.

Plaintiff(s): Dame Thomasine Milward, widow, Walter Mynors, Grace Mynors, Mary Mynors.

Defendant(s): John Sherratt, John Malkin.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Uttoxeter. Custom of "suit and grist" to the ancient mills in Uttoxeter town, etc. etc. (i.e. grinding corn, etc.).

County/place: Staffordshire.

Date of commission: 22 June 1659.
