Plaintiff(s): Sir Edmond Prideaux, bart (late Attorney General), deceased, John Jackson, John Hedworth, an infant, by the said John Jackson, his guardian, Dame Dorothy Hedworth, widow.

Defendant(s): Robert Conyers, Peter Jones, Josiah Primate, Thomas Swinburne, William Wandisford, John Reed, Edward Kemp, John Palmer.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Harraton otherwise Harverton, late of Sir John Hedworth, and lands in Picktree, Rickledon, Urpeth, and coal mines in those places.
