Short Title: Knipe v Harrison.

Plaintiff(s): Timothy Knipe.

Defendant(s): William Harrison.

Subject of depositions: Lands called Fairbank, Southorne, and Leckbarrow lately belonging to Samuel Knipe. Mortgage of the lands, etc. Also touching lands in Hugill.

County/place: Westmorland.
