Short Title: Tilston v Brooks.

Plaintiff(s): Mary Tilston, widow, administratrix of the goods and chattels of Robert Chorlton, deceased.

Defendant(s): John Brooks, Susan Trout, James Shepard, Andrew Lloyd, Francis Forester, Arthur Chambers, Margaret Barker, Thomas Lloyd.

Subject of depositions: Estate and effects, of Robert. Alleged unsealing, etc. of same by defendants. Touching a lease of his farm in Downton.

County/place: Shropshire.

Date of commission: 24 May 1658.
