Short Title: Wood v Tolson.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Wood, an infant, by Margaret Wood, widow, his mother and guardian.

Defendant(s): John Tolson and his wife Mabel.

Subject of depositions: Tenement and lands called Readhall, in the parish of Wigton (Cumberland), late of Matthew Wood (plaintiff's grandfather).

County/place: Cumberland.

Date of commission: 12 February 1658.
