Subject of depositions: Office of deputy receivership of the recusants' revenue in the northern counties. Touching the seizure and sequestration of the papers of the deputy receiver in his dwelling at the taking of York by the Parliamentary troops, and a missing warrant under the Privy Sea from the late King Charles 1, commanding the plaintiff as Receiver-General to pay the sum of £1,500 out of such revenue to Sir William Udall "for the King's use. ".
