Description

Short Title: Grundy v Winbowe.

Plaintiff(s): Ralph Grundy.

Defendant(s): Robert Winbowe, William Winbowe.

Subject of depositions: Lands in the parishes of Langendeirne, Langenech, Lannelly, and Kidwelly (Carmarthenshire) belonging to plaintiff's father, and extended upon a statute of £1,000 entered into with defendants. [See also Number 7].

County/place: Carmarthenshire.

Date of commission: 29 November 1652.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 4 January 1653 at Carmarthen.
