Short title: Lowther v Towerson.

Plaintiff(s): Christopher Lowther, son of Sir John Lowther, and grandson of Sir Gerrard Lowther.

Defendant(s): William Towerson, William Hodgson, Robert Milholme alias Millam, Anthony Gosforth.

Subject of depositions: Lordship or manor of St Bees, and the demesnes belonging, in Cumberland. Customs of manor.

County/place: Cumberland.

Date of commission: 14 July 1641.
