Description

Short title: Brotherhood v Wheatley.

Plaintiff(s): William Brotherhood.

Defendant(s): Elizabeth Wheatley, widow, Margaret Wheatley, Anne Wheatley.

Subject of depositions: Messuage, cottage, or tenement in Kinsbury, in Warwick. Alleged forcible entry into premises by defendants during the absence of plaintiff and his wife.

County/place: Warwickshire.

Date of commission: 14 February 1641 and 14 July 1641.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 30 September 1641 at Tamworth.
