Short title: Latham v Rogers.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Latham, William Normansell, mercer, Mary Normansell.

Defendant(s): Thomas Rogers and his wife Martha.

Subject of depositions: Estate, and last will and testament of William Cutts, mercer, deceased (defendant Martha's first husband), and the estate, of Robert Normansell, deceased, her second husband.

County/place: Staffordshire.

Date of commission: 8 July 1641.
