Short title: Buller v Buller.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Buller.

Defendant(s): Edward Buller, clerk, Robert Pooley, clerk.

Subject of depositions: Advowsons and right of patronage of the rectory and church of Rockland St Peter, and of the vicarage and church of Stowe Bedon, formerly belonging to Sarah James, "attainted for petty treason for killing her husband" etc.
