Description

Short title: Rogers v Normansell.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Rogers and his wife Martha.

Defendant(s): William Normansell, mercer, Edward Latham.

Subject of depositions: Estate, goods, debts, and last will and testament of William Cutts, mercer, plaintiff Martha's first husband; and also the estate, of Robert Normansell her second husband.

County/place: Staffordshire.

Date of commission: 5 June 1641.
