Description

Short title: Bland v Whaley.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Bland, Richard Webb, Thomas Holman, Thomas Newman.

Defendant(s): Anthony Whaley, William Reeve, Edward Goodman, Thomas Massome.

Subject of depositions: Lands in Aldrington (Northamptonshire), called "Westwood Corner" and "Robins Wood Green" the park of Grafton, Potterspury, and Plumpton, (Northamptonshire). Metes and bounds. Common of pasture. Inclosure, etc. Tithes.

County/place: Northamptonshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1641.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 21 April 1641 at Paulersperry.
