Subject of depositions: Lordship of Arwstly Uchcoied and Arwstly Iscoied, and the wastes belonging. The town of Llanidloes, the township of Weege, and the borough of Caesowes (Montgomeryshire). Touching an action for trespass against Matthew Price (defendant's father), deceased. Costs, of same. Incroachments on waste.

Date of commission: 12 February 1641.
