Description

Short title: Bradshaw v Urmeston.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Bradshaw, merchant.

Defendant(s): Richard Urmeston.

Subject of depositions: Lordship and rectory of West Leigh. Touching a rentcharge of £40 per annum upon rectory, and tithes belonging in Astley, Tildesley, Shakerly, Atherton.

County/place: Lancashire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1640.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 1 January 1641 at Warrington.
