Plaintiff(s): Howell Gwynn.
Defendant(s): Griffith Higgs, DD, precentor and chanter of the Cathedral Church of St Davids, the Chapter of said church, and others.
Subject of depositions: Rectory of Llandingad alias Llanymthovery (Carmarthenshire). Whether lands called "Ka Evan Mellin ", "Kayr Abby ", "Kaer Penvarch ", "Kaer Pwll" and y Kyber dan y fouvent are church lands, and belong to the rectory.
County/place: Carmarthenshire.
Date of commission: 28 November 1640.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 19 January 1641 at Llanymthovery.
