Plaintiff(s): Sir John Banks, kt (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): Sir Thomas Dereham, kt, Edmund Skipwith, Thomas Dereham, Henry Dereham, Edward Pratt, Richard Badgcroft, John Fincham, Edward Brampton, John Lovell, William Sampson, William Melsope, John Carter, Lewis Malster, Robert Sampson, George Hartley, William Hunter, Thomas Clements, William Rumball, and others.

Subject of depositions: Manors of West Dereham and Ropham, the fens and wastes belonging, and the Abbey of W. Dereham. Metes and bounds. Perambulation. Common of pasture. Survey.
