Plaintiff(s): Phillip Earl of Chesterfield.
Defendant(s): Robert Earl of Kingsston-upon-Hull, John Nevill, William Childers, Robert Marples.
Subject of depositions: Manor of Stoke Bardolph and the wastes and commons belonging, particularly a parcel of waste called "Stonyholme" and lands in Gedling and Carlton. Metes and bounds, etc. Touching the "cutting and lopping of willows" in "Stonyholme" aforesaid.
County/place: Nottingham.
Date of commission: 28 November 1639.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 23 and 26 April 1639(?) at Brigham, delivered into Court 28 January 1640.
