Description

Short title: Darwin v Thomas.

Plaintiff(s): William Darwin, George Kent.

Defendant(s): William Thomas, Robert Aistropp, John Fisher.

Subject of depositions: Free school founded in Kirton in Lindsey. Touching the lands charged with the payment of the 4l. per annum promised by the inhabitants of Kirton. "Escheat" lands, etc.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1639.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 29 April 1639 at Kirton in Lindsey.
