Short title: Attorney General v Viscount.

Plaintiff(s): Sir John Banks, kt (Attorney - General), by information.

Defendant(s): Henry Viscount Dunbarr, John Kirton, Francis Smales.

Subject of depositions: Liberty or wapentake of Holderness, the honor of Albermarle, the manor of Burstwick, the wardship of Skipsey Castle. Rights and customs, of liberty and manor.
