Description

Short title: Attorney General v Childers.

Plaintiff(s): Sir John Banks, kt (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): Francis Childers.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Hatfield (Yorkshire), and marsh grounds called "Close Carr" lying near grounds called "Gate." Metes and bounds. Common of pasture.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1638.
