Short title: Attorney General v Trenchard.

Plaintiff(s): Sir John Banks, kt (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): Sir Thomas Trenchard, kt, John Farwell, Vertue Hunton, Robert Moreton, William Kennell, the elder, William Kennell, the younger, George Burgess, John Sacheverell, clerk.

Subject of depositions: Manor or prebend of Charmister, and tithes in Charmister, Great Burton, Stratton, Powlston, Cawdon Charleton, and elsewhere.

County/place: Dorset.

Date of commission: 13 June 1638.
