Short title: Godolphin v Polkinghorne.

Plaintiff(s): William Godolphin.

Defendant(s): Roger Polkinghorne, Thomas Clyes.

Subject of depositions: Boro' of Penzance, and mills near, called "Tolcarne Mills" and mills in Gulwall (Cornwall). Custom of "suit and grist" to "Tolcarne Mills. ".

County/place: Cornwall.
