Short title: Rogers v Huckmore.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Francis Rogers, kt, Richard Michell.

Defendant(s): Gregory Huckmore, William Dowthwaite, Richard Spore, Daniel Dunn, Randh. Davenport, Sir Francis Popham, kt, John Popham, Alexander Popham, Bartholomew Michell, John Michell, Thomas Michell.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Wembdon Chilton, Chilton Trivett, Chelton alias Chelton-upon-Powlesdowne, and lands called Gurney Street, Perry Court, in Cannington, and lands in Durley, Petherton, Bridgwater, Loleston, Stokegursey.

County/place: Somerset.

Date of commission: 13 June 1638.
